What is the prepaid balance?
Create an account and top up from $188; gifts are then paid from your balance with no handling fee. Paying by card without a balance adds $20 per order. The balance can only buy gifts on this site, is non-refundable, can't be cashed out or transferred, and doesn't expire. In mainland China, top up via WeChat support.
How do Starlight Boxes work?
You pick a box by Starlight. Every box contains one gift from that box's current pool; all gifts in a pool have the same value and equal odds, so a box is never empty. The gift is picked at random when payment completes and shown on the gift link.
Can I send a gift to a Momo host?
Yes. Enter the host's Momo ID when ordering, then after paying send the gift link to the host — for example through contact details they share publicly. Follow each platform's rules on sharing outside links, and don't spam. The gift appears on our link only; it doesn't show up inside a Momo live room.
Does the recipient need an account?
No. Opening the link shows the animated gift and your message in any browser.
Can gifts be used on Momo, TikTok or other live-streaming apps?
No. Momoda Gifting is an independent gift platform, not affiliated with any live-streaming or social app. Gifts can only be viewed through Momoda Gifting links and can't be converted into another platform's gifts, coins or points.
Can a gift be cashed out?
No. A virtual gift is a digital expression of goodwill with no cash value. It can't be cashed out, exchanged or transferred.
Do gift links expire?
No. As long as the order is valid, the link can be opened again and again.
I lost the link. What now?
Check “My gifts” on the device you bought from. On another device, contact us on WeChat (RQSS15718544261 or mf788966) with your payment email and roughly when you paid, and we'll find it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the recipient hasn't opened the link yet — contact us on WeChat (RQSS15718544261 or mf788966). Once opened, the gift counts as delivered. A refunded link stops working.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and more), Alipay and WeChat Pay, processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number.
