1. The service
Momoda Gifting sells digital virtual gifts. After purchase we create a personal link through which the recipient can view the animated gift and your message.
1a. Starlight Boxes
Starlight Boxes are priced by Starlight tier. Every box contains one gift from that tier's pool; all gifts in a pool have equal value and equal odds, which are shown on the purchase page. The gift is chosen at random when payment completes and can't be changed or re-drawn. Pools may change; what's shown at purchase applies.
1b. Prepaid balance
Each top-up is at least $188, and an account may top up no more than $2,000 in any 24 hours. The balance can only be used to buy gifts on this site; it can't be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, transferred or used elsewhere, and is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. It does not expire and carries no maintenance or inactivity fees. Purchases paid from the balance have no handling fee; purchases paid directly by card or other methods without using the balance carry a $20 handling fee per order. Refunds of gifts bought with the balance go back to the balance.
2. No cash value
Virtual gifts are for expressing goodwill only. They have no cash value, are not stored value or virtual currency, and cannot be cashed out, redeemed for cash, transferred, resold or used on any third-party platform.
3. Not affiliated with other platforms
Momoda Gifting operates independently and is not affiliated with Momo, Douyin, TikTok, Kuaishou or any live-streaming or social platform. We do not sell any platform's coins, gifts or memberships.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and the final amount is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; for non-USD cards, Alipay or WeChat Pay, conversion is at that provider's rate.
5. Refunds
Before the gift link is first opened, you may request a full refund via WeChat support to the original payment method. Once opened, the gift is considered delivered and is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. A refunded link stops working.
6. Messages
Don't include unlawful, harassing, fraudulent or infringing content in messages. We may disable gift links containing such content.
7. Privacy
We keep only what's needed to fulfil the order: the gift, the recipient's Momo ID, your name, message, payment email and payment status. We never store card details. Gift links aren't listed publicly, but anyone with the link can view the gift — share it with care.
